- Verify if you have a modem installed with
proper drivers. Do a Windows Diagnostics check.
- Verify that you have a 'col' dialup
connection.
- Verify if you are connecting from a right
location with 7 or 10 digit dialing.
- If your World Dialer did connect before, then restart
your World Dialer and dial again.

- Check your Anti-Virus program for any
Firewall settings.
- Vista or Windows 7 users:
Make sure that either Windows or any third party software is not
blocking your FTP port.
This might require some
work to figure out which application and/or service is preventing your FREENET
Dialer from functioning normally.

- Read the message from World Dialer to verify
if your PIN Number has expired.

- If your World Dialer did not connect, then restart
your World Dialer and dial again.
